Fine Art - Sculpture Packing - Handle Sophie Carefully

Sophie is a Bronze resin sculpture, measuring 600 x 600 x 600mm. She was purchased from FoweyRiver Gallery, by an Australian family who fell in love with her and would like her sitting in their garden, back in Australia.

R West and Son, collected her from the Gallery, brought her to Plymouth for packing, in a custom made packing case, with rope arranged the transportation to Australia and wished her Bon Voyage.

Placed in the outer carcass.

Initial buble wrapping.

Packaging fill added.

Struts to prevent lateral and vertical movement.

Final timber strut with rope handles in place.

Ready for the trip down under.
